OpenAI Ads Measurement (added 10 September 2026)
If you allow it, we load the OpenAI measurement pixel. It reports page views and successful enquiry submissions to OpenAI so we can attribute them to our OpenAI ads. This is optional and off unless you allow it.
For this purpose, technical browser and network data is processed and first-party attribution cookies named __oppref and __obref may be set. The pixel's automatic matching is enabled in our OpenAI Ads account, so supported contact identifiers you enter on our site, such as an email address or phone number, may also be sent to OpenAI as hashed values. We never manually forward the content of your enquiry message. All of this happens only after you have explicitly opted in; the pixel is not loaded at all before that.
You can withdraw this permission at any time using the "Ads measurement settings" control in the footer. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
10. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Employee training on data protection
- Incident response procedures
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
11. Children's Privacy
Our platforms are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@eightsix.com, and we will take steps to delete the information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platforms at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
